Hired them for a bathroom remodel at our Northeast home. Tile work was excellent and they cleaned up every day before leaving. Only took off one star because the project ran about a week longer than the original estimate. Still, the final result looks amazing.

Had them come out to fix a leaky faucet and replace a garbage disposal. The work was done correctly and the plumber was friendly, but the final bill was about $150 more than the estimate. They said it was due to extra parts needed, which I understand, but I wish they had communicated that before finishing. El Paso has lots of options so pricing transparency matters.
